Food Guide With Full Healing Information

All products should be taken before meal the capsules should be taken at 6:00 AM, (otherwise

 if instructed to take at nights)

 

  • Products that are instructed to take 3 times per day – approximate time ; 6:00AM- between
    4:00PM – 5:00PM and before bedtime.
  • A MEAL GUIDE is provided, A Fruit diet high in astringent fruits will give better results of healing.
    Follow the meal guide to restore the body’s natural cycle of functions (circadian rhythm) that will
    give you better digestive functions (breaking down of food, absorption of food into the
    bloodstream, and elimination (proper bowel movements), repairing of cells and better brain
    function.
  • Get at least 2 hours of sunlight daily, exposing your skin to sunlight has a great impact on healing
    and maintaining good health.
  • Walking BAREFOOT is important to health and healing. Connecting your feet to the earth gives
    you a negative charge to your body and pulls toxins. If not all day barefoot, be at least 2 hours
    barefoot within the sun.
  • SWEATING is very important in healing, sweating helps to expel toxins and acid through the skin.
    Some toxins can only come through the skin. If you have access to a steam sauna, 2-3 times per
    week will do great in healing and maintaining good health. If you have no access to a sauna
    exercise or any activity that makes you sweet is great for this process.
